Domestic Shipping Time
Shipping times vary by carrier. Generally, The estimated delivery time is within 2-5 business days for domestic orders. The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary based on order size and destination. These costs are typically included in the total at checkout, with the customer responsible for shipping fees.

Customs Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs or duty taxes on international orders.

Order Changes/Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be edited or canceled. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Claims for Non-Delivery
Please note that the responsibility for the order passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost in transit, you must file a claim with the carrier within 30 days.

Please note that sometimes packages experience postal delays that are out of our control. Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. Check your tracking number to estimate the time of arrival. If you are not home for a delivery, or your package is stolen from your residence, we are not responsible. Please make sure to be available for the delivery of your package. If your package is lost, please file a case with your local post office.

Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Errors in the address may lead to lost shipments, for which we cannot be held liable.

We cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes. Please use your physical address.

This policy does not apply to preorders; all items must be fully processed before shipment.

Items lost during shipping
Your order includes a tracking number, please check it. You will have the tracking number in the order email. If your package was lost during shipping this is what you would have to do:

Contact your local post office to track down the package.


If the address was correct and the post office could not locate it, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Please note that we cannot cover the shipping costs for a new product if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but the customer thinks they have not received it.
