When will I receive my order?
It takes us between 2 and 5 business days to process an order, after which we will ship it to you. You should also consider the shipping time, which depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:

Where is my order shipped from?
We work with a print-on-demand company with fulfillment centers located all around the world!
My order should have arrived by now, but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:
● Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.
● Ask your local post office about your order.
● Ask your neighbors in case the delivery driver left your package with them.
Pro tip: Avoid theft. If you won’t be home on the delivery day, use your work address or another location where you’ll be.
If the address was correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at info@airseaearthlovers.com with your order number.
If there was an issue with your shipping address, we may need to reship your product, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Pro tip: Your postal code is a crucial part of your address. Make sure to enter it correctly.
Please note that we cannot cover the shipping costs for a new product if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but the customer thinks they have not received it.

How can I track my order?

I received an incorrect or damaged product. What should I do?
We’re sorry if your product arrived damaged. To resolve this as quickly as possible, please email us at info@airseaearthlovers.com within one week of delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details about the order.

We do not offer returns or exchanges.
Do you offer refunds?
We only offer refunds to customers who receive incorrect or fabric damaged items. If this is your case, please contact us at info@airseaearthlovers.com with photos of the item, and we’ll find a solution.
Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about the size that will fit you best, please check our size guides in the product descriptions.
